　　When I got home after work, I found the door was open and the chicken was out. 　　一、制定计划，认真完成。

　　理科班的多数学生讨厌背单词，他们最大的难关就是单词关，词汇量少，严重影响了他们对英语的学*兴趣。针对这一点，我在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学*与积累，要求单词每课过关，并且每课都进行单词听写，不断督促学生多背单词，短语及一些好的句子。为了提高他们的积极性，这学期我还要求班上每个学生，每天轮流上台带读英语单词。

　　“凡事预则立，不预则废”。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

　　本学期，我担任高二年级文科班的英语教学工作。在工作中，本人遵守学校各项制度，按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读，积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动，严格要求自己，虚心向老教师请教，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、听课、及时反思，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。

　　立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学年的教学工作总结如下:

　　首先，我分析了文科班学生实际情况:普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学*惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学*兴趣，不断提高学*成绩。

　　其次，我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材内容做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际情况(即学情)采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段，不断培养学生的学*英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

　　授课之后，做到精讲精练。针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练*。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些*题供学生练*巩固所学知识。*题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的*题供学生练*。

　　认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

　　经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高文科班的英语成绩。
